After a panel of 25 judges sampled nearly 1,000 competing wines for three days the results are finally in! When it was all said and done 863 awards were handed out including 37 Best of Class awards, 21 double gold, 173 gold, 340 silver and 292 bronze awards. The Sonoma County Harvest Fair is a celebration of the local harvest featuring three full days of wine tasting with 150+ wineries, wine sales, marketplace, chef demonstrations and workshops, farm and harvest agricultural activities for children and adults, the World Championship Grape Stomp, live music, an art show and sale, crafters pavilion, farm animals to meet, and a whole lot more.
The Tasting Pavilion will be open to fairgoers over the age of 21 only on Friday, October 5th. Families and those under the age of 21 will be permitted in the pavilion on both Saturday and Sunday, however you must be 21 years or older to wine taste.
