CHAYA Brasserie just introduced a new Farmer’s Market cocktail series inspired by the fruits, vegetables, herbs, and produce from the local Ferry Plaza Farmer’s Market here San Francisco and farmer’s markets in other cities. The featured cocktail changes bi-weekly based on what is available at the market. CHAYA Brasserie San Francisco will offer The “Farmers Market Fresh Cocktails” on the bar menu on Wednesdays only and will change bi-weekly based on what is available. All CHAYA locations will be featuring what will be a monthly special that will change seasonally based on what is available at the local farmer’s market. Here are 3 Cocktail Recipes Fresh from the Farmer’s Market:
CHAYA Brasserie San Francisco: The Tangerini
.5 oz lime juice
Dash orange bitters
1.5 oz puckers citrus vodka
Shake and strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with a tangerine wheel in the glass
CHAYA Brasserie Beverly Hills: Blood Orange Caipirinha
2 ½ oz Infused blood orange Leblon Chachaca
1 oz agave syrup
Dash of fresh lime juice
Muddle 3-slices of fresh lime and fresh blood orange with agave
Shake well all ingredients with ice and serve over ice in a bucket glass
Finish with a dash of seltzer and blood orange wheel, 151 rum flame.

Kentucky Straight Bourbon infused with orange peel and Rosemary,combined with a reduction of fresh strawberry and brown sugar.
