Fall Food and Wine Pairing

Getting a chef to spill the beans on their secret ingredients isn’t always a piece of cake.  Lucky for us this top chef is more than happy to show us what’s cooking in his kitchen. In this video, Wine Oh TV’s Monique Soltani sits down at the 2012 Michelin Star award winning Luce Restaurant and introduces us to their new Chef de Cuisine, Daniel Corey who makes it his mission to buy locally and is inspired globally.

Luce Restaurant is located inside the InterContinental San Francisco which is home to one of the largest grappa bars in the country!
