Cavit Collection

Moscato Provincia di Pavia IGT

Grapes for Cavit Moscato, like the Riesling, are also sourced from vineyards in the Oltrepò Pavese. This Moscato is refreshing, lively, and superbly balanced with a vibrant frizzante quality, wonderful sweetness and notes of apricot, white peach, and sage.

Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie IGT

Grapes for this crisp Pinot Grigio come mainly from Trentino’s Adige River Valley. This area is ideal for vineyard cultivation due to its exceptional soil and climatic conditions. It is also recognized for the spectacular natural beauty of the Dolomite Alps. Bright straw gold, Cavit Pinot Grigio is dry, delicate and pleasing with floral and fruit notes.

“Oak Zero” Chardonnay Trentino DOC

Sourced from Chardonnay vineyards planted in the Adige River Valley in the Trentino region of northeast Italy. Fermented only in stainless steel tanks, Cavit Chardonnay sees no oak throughout its production resulting in a refreshing wine with notes of ripe apple, lemon, and tropical fruits.

Pinot Noir Provincia di Pavia IGT

The grapes for Cavit Pinot Noir are picked at peak maturity in the second and third weeks of September. Following fermentation, the wine is placed in larger oak barrels where it rests on its lees until malolactic fermentation has occurred. The result is a delicate and silky smooth wine with aromas of black cherry. It is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
