J. Rickards Vineyard & Winery
24505 Chianti Road, Cloverdale CA 95425
707-758-3441
A family-run operation of both wine grape farming and wine production, located at the northern end of the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. Owned and operated by Jim and Eliza Rickards, the vineyards have been planted over the past 30 years, augmenting the original 1908 Zinfandel vines. The winery started in 2005, born out of the encouragement of friends who have enjoyed the small lots of hand-crafted wine we have been making since 1991.
Inman Family Wines
3900 Piner Road, Santa Rosa CA 95401
707-293-9576
Inman Family Wines is a one-woman business: Kathleen Inman is the winemaker and grower. The estate Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris reflect the unique imprint of the organically farmed Olivet Grange Vineyard she owns with her husband and two daughters. Olivet Grange is located amidst some of the Russian River Valley’s most respected vineyards. Inman Family has been an innovator in alternative closures for Pinot and is a proponent of elegant wines which show varietal typicity and a sense of place. Call Kathleen for a private wine tasting or vineyard tour.
