The Abbot’s Cellar Opening
Wine Oh TV got a sneak peak of The Abbot’s Cellar at their opening party in San Francisco this week. The latest creation from the masterminds behind Monk’s Kettle on 16th and Albion. Christian Albertson and Nat Cutler’s, A-List establishment focuses on the art of pairing craft beer with their custom culinary creations. At the opening party, Chef Adam Dulye prepared small bites paired perfectly with different beers to help bring out the best flavors of both.
With over two dozen beers on tap and a wine list to match this new restaurant is likely to be San Francisco’s newest hot spot. The restaurant is set to open Wednesday, July 25, so we suggest making your reservations now, this eatery is sure to be a sell out every night.
The space seats up to 100 guests with a variety of seating options such as window-side booths, cozy banquettes, communal tables, a huge bar, and a chef’s counter. The area next to the beer cellar can also be used as a semi-private dining space with seating up to 20.
