Healdsburg_event_page-01July 27th afternoon event filled with boutique shopping, auctions, wine, food, music and upscale fashion show to create high energy celebration benefiting critical local healthcare services in Northern Sonoma County. Wine Oh TV’s Monique Soltani is honored to be a model at is this not-to-miss fundraiser for 300 socially conscious, fashion-minded women who understand the importance of maintaining quality healthcare close to home.

To be held Saturday, July 27, 2013 from 1:00-4:30pm at the newly redesigned Kendall Jackson Wine Center, Wine Women & Shoes® is an afternoon uniquely designed for women who love shopping and fashion, silent and live auctions, wine and food pairing, fashion shows and, of course, shoes.

“Wine Women & Shoes® Sonoma County is essentially designed for women who are key influencers and decision-makers in their communities, families and social networks,” said Barbara Grasseschi, sponsorship co-chair and proprietor of Puma Springs Vineyards. “Our generous sponsors and donors are super enthusiastic about this opportunity because they understand the value of marketing to 300 female consumers all in one afternoon.” Barbara and her husband Tony are the Fashion Show sponsors.

Official Shoe Guys, sponsored by Hotel Healdsburg, will be circulating the afternoon festivities tempting guests with silver trays of various goodies, including shoes, jewelry, auction items, and wine and food. These local resident “shoe-mmeliers” also kick off the live auction and fashion show on the catwalk to get the bidding off and running. Supervisor Mike McGuire is an Honorary Shoe Guy, along with other local business leaders.

Created for women who enjoy fine wine and great styles, while supporting a worthy local cause, Wine Women & Shoes® is one of the fastest growing charity events in the country. Over $11 million has been raised for charity partners hosting similar events in cities nationwide.

“We’re showing off some of the best wine and food in Sonoma County throughout this event,” said Pat Callahan, executive director of the Foundation. “We know people love Sonoma County and will want to support our local healthcare services while also enjoying our great weather, wine, food and fashion,” she said.
